All of our orders are shipped via registered carrier worldwide. We are a small structure, therefore please allow 1-2 days for processing ( excluding weekends and French national holidays). A shipping confirmation mail will indicate the tracking number as well as the estimate delivery time when the parcel has been picked up.
CRUSH Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, kindly be mindful when providing your shipping details.
There is a chance that your orders are subject to customs duty determined by the location to which they are shipped.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the listed product(s) price.
CRUSH Collection has no control over processing times or duty rates by customs in each country.
Please note that CRUSH Collection is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from CRUSH Collection, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CRUSH Collection. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

You may return unsuitable items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, within original packaging & tag attached within 7 days after arrival.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details, and reason of return for us to process your request. If any items do not meet our return standards, we unfortunately can not proceed. Please note that any return without validation prior from our team will not be accepted.
The return shipping & duties are in the hands of the buyer.
CRUSH Collection does not refund original or return freights, nor paid duties.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to a 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent when your refund has been processed.
DAMAGES & REPAIRS
Should your item be in need of repair, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, with a description & photos of your item for us to proceed. A visual reference will help us to the root of your repair.
All shippings and duties to and from CRUSH Collection will be in the buyers’ hands, except if the order was in our error.
