Delivery Fees 

Orders can be placed on the CRUSH Collection website every day of the week. Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, and its destination. 

The delivery cost to your destination will be displayed at the checkout when placing your order. 

We require a signature on all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is unavailable. 

Free global shipping applies to orders over EUR€350.

CRUSH Collection is not responsible for any fees charged by the custom of your country of residence.

 

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. We'll prepare your order within 2-3 business days. Most countries will receive the parcel 5-7 business days after placing the order.

Delivery times are based on when your package is sent and should be used only as a guide. CRUSH Collection cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimize any potential delays.

When ordering, carefully check the accuracy of the delivery address. CRUSH Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries or damages due to delivery.

 

Cancellations 

Changed your mind? We allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.

How to cancel your order:

  1. Email your 
    1. Order ID, 
    2. the items you want to cancel, and 
    3. the reason for canceling to wecare@crushcollection.com
  2. We'll email you confirmation of your canceled order.

We can't cancel your order if your order has been prepared. For more information on returning orders, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you've canceled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider, plus your bank's processing time. 

Returns and Exchange Policy 

We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you aren't in LOVE with your purchase, you've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this time. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis to make our customers happy. 
Here's our returns policy: 

  • For the goods that are delivered damaged or faulty, we offer free returns. Otherwise, we charge a 30€ shipping cost for your return, which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. In other words, they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. 
  • Please be careful when trying on your purchases. The garments must not have any stains, dust, or pet hairs on them.
  • All tags must be attached and the original packaging included. 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. 

Exchange your purchase to a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

We offer free exchange for your first purchase. Our customer service will remove the shipping costs for you. Please return the original item and make a new order with the item you want instead.

We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How to Return 

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we no longer send return labels with every order. 

To return an item, email us at wecare@crushcollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your message, tell us

  1. Your Order ID,
  2. What items do you want to return, and
  3. Reason for returning the item.

You'll receive a Return Label as a PDF document in your email. Print out your Return Label so you can attach it outside the CRUSH Collection packaging.

 

How to Prepare Your Return

  1. Place the item inside the reusable CRUSH Collection packaging you received your order in. Don't forget any accessories or other items that came with your order. You may not receive your refund if anything is damaged or missing from your return.
  2. Attach your Return Label outside the CRUSH Collection packaging with tape or glue. 
  3. Give the packaging to the point. Make a note of the Package Number to track your return. Make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.

 

When Do I Receive My Refund 

We will keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked, and again when we have processed your refund.

The refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. A typical refund will take up to 14 days, plus your bank's handling time. 

 

Damaged Items

Each of our garments undergo several quality checks before shipping to ensure that every customer receives top quality products from us, every single time. The packaging is specifically designed to deliver our products as safely as possible. However, we have no control over the events during the international delivery chain.

If the item you received is damaged, send an email to wecare@crushcollection.com. Tell us the Order ID and what item was damaged. Describe the damage and attach a photo of the damaged item. We will investigate the damages case-by-case. If the damage or defect is due to conditions under our control, e.g. our responsibility, we will exchange the item for a new one.
