How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every €10 spent, available to registered customers.

How long are my points valid for?

Your points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

Will I get my points back if I return an order I used them on?

Once points have been redeemed and the order is confirmed as received, the points cannot be refunded.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

Points can only be used within the same account and cannot be combined or transferred between different accounts.

How do I redeem points?

Every 20 points can be redeemed for €1 discount on your purchase.
